Lyndsey Bishop brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, with a primary focus on building lasting relationships with her team and her clients. Her mission is to foster an environment where the Mid-West Family Madison team not only has a desire to succeed, but they also get to have fun while doing it.
Lyndsey was initially introduced to Mid-West Family in 2014 when she was a client. It was during that time that she was actually recruited into the role of Account Executive. Being a client first provided her the unique ability to always put herself in the client’s shoes, providing her great perspective and an even greater relatability. Between 2017 and 2023, Lyndsey explored other opportunities, where she was able to grow even further as a leader and continue to expand her horizon in sales, digital marketing, and leadership.
She returned to Mid-West Family in 2023, where she quickly climbed the ladder, from Director of Digital Operations to VP of Business Development. But, let’s be honest… she’s more than just her impressive resume.
When She’s Not at Work…
Lyndsey is all about balancing work with play. You can find her hanging out with her daughter, at a local concert, traveling, or attending Wisconsin Badger sporting events. She’s a karaoke and fitness enthusiast and loves organizing social events. And, like any true Wisconsinite, you will likely find her on a weekend participating in a good old-fashioned meat raffle.
