OUR TALENT

Pam Jahnke

Pam Jahnke is a Wisconsin farm girl turned award-winning agricultural broadcaster. She grew up on a dairy farm, active in 4-H and FFA, and honed her skills at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her passion for communicating on behalf of food producers led to a successful career in farm broadcasting, spanning radio and television. Pam’s dedication to agriculture has earned her numerous accolades, including the National Association of Farm Broadcasting’s Farm Broadcaster of the Year and recognition from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. She continues to be actively involved in farming, partnering with her family on their home farm.

Stephanie Hoff

Stephanie Hoff is a native of northwest Wisconsin, growing up in small towns around Thorp. The farm team refers to Stephanie as the storyteller. She’s proud to say that making hay with antique equipment, castrating piglets, and accidentally letting the bull out of the gate have built great character. She and her husband Conway now reside in Madison. Hoff began her farm broadcasting career with Mid-West Farm Report in 2021 and joined the National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB). When she’s not telling the story of agriculture, Hoff is enjoying Wisconsin’s lakes, cheering on the Packers, Bucks, and Badgers, or tackling another home and garden project.

Ben Jarboe

Ben Jarboe is the host of the “Settin’ the Hook” podcast, where his love for all things fishing truly shines. Ben is from Paxton, Illinois and grew up on a corn and soybean operation. He attended Illinois College in Jacksonville, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management. During his time at Illinois College, Jarboe was a four year member of the baseball team. He also enjoys outdoor activities, fishing and hanging out with friends. Farming helped spark Jarboe’s passion for agriculture and helped him develop an interest in learning about different types of farming and the technology that’s being used across all platforms.

Headshot for Kiley Allan

Kiley Allan

Kiley Allan is proud to have grown up in a Northwest Iowa barn. Her background of a small farrow-to-finish and cow/calf operation ignited her passion for the livestock industry and people within it. Throughout her formative years, she joined organizations, such as 4-H and FFA, that brought her the opportunity to expand her skillset and find a community of people she loves. Building lasting connections with people, and telling their story, fuels her every day work. She firmly believes our people make the agricultural industry strong. Kiley is a graduate of Iowa State University, where she majored in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Animal Science. Her favorite free time activities are spending time on the lake, grilling home-grown pork and beef, watching her favorite football teams and hanging out with friends and family.
